What would you do if you lived on Death Row for 30 years for a crime you didn’t commit? It happened to Alabama native Anthony Ray Hinton. After a long fight on appeal in the courts, the U.S. Supreme Court overturned his conviction in 2015. Hinton later wrote about his time on Death Row in the book, The Sun Does Shine, which Oprah Winfrey selected for her book club in 2018..
