Messer Airport Highway Underpass re-opened today
BIRMINGHAM, AL — The City of Birmingham has taken remedial action to minimize the flooding at the Messer Airport Highway Railroad Underpass, and the road has now reopened. The path had been closed for some time to ensure the health and safety of those who travel along it daily.
