NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that at its regular meeting beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, at Boutwell Auditorium, 2^nd Floor,, the Council of the City of Birmingham will hear comments from citizens and concerned parties relating to the adoption of an ordinance regulating the operation of commercial parking lots that charge fees for parking and replacing Chapter 15 of Title 10 of the General Code of the City of Birmingham. A copy of the proposed ordinance will be available for review beginning at 8:00 a.m., August 11, 2023, at www.birminghamal.gov.  Copies will also be available for review at City Hall, 710 N. 20^th Street, Birmingham, AL 35203, in the City Clerk’s Office (3^rd Floor) and the Department of Transportation (9^thFloor) beginning at 8:00 a.m., August 11, 2023.
